What happens if I go over 10 signatures a month?
You will be asked to upgrade to Pro, which costs $15 per month or $10 per month billed yearly and removes the limit. Your free allowance resets at the start of each calendar month.
Can I download a free waiver template instead?
Yes. Every waiver template can be downloaded as a printable PDF for free. If you would rather collect signatures online, open the same template in AgreeDock and share it as a link.
Are free online waivers legally binding?
The price of the tool does not change whether a waiver holds up. Electronic signatures are recognised in many countries, including under the ESIGN Act and UETA in the United States, but enforceability depends on the wording, how it was presented and local law. Have your waiver reviewed for where you operate. Templates are a starting point, not legal advice.
