Yes. Put the form's signing link in your welcome email, website or joining page. Members sign on any device and you can see who has signed in your Signatures list.
Can I add health and injury questions?
Yes. Add text, checkbox, multiple-choice and date questions for injuries, medical conditions, medications or goals. Only ask for what you need and store it appropriately.
How do drop-ins and guests sign?
